What is STIPPZ?

Betting game was yesterday! Today is STIPPZ! STIPPZ is a brand new prediction game. You take part in contests and play against other players in the STIPPZ community. Contests begin and end on the same game day. A match day begins with the kick-off of the first game and ends as soon as the last game is whistled. In each contest you bet on the outcome of the games on a match day. By cleverly analyzing the match day you can influence your placement in the rankings in order to reach the winzone. Points are awarded based on the confidence points you award and the live results of the respective games. Both the scoring and the ranking are updated in real time and you can follow them live.

What is a contest?

A contest is a competition in which anyone can take part and is listed in the arena. If you wish, you also have the option of creating your own public or private contests. Private contests are particularly suitable if you only want to compete directly with your friends, colleagues, etc. A contest can contain games from certain competitions, such as just the Bundesliga, or it can be a combination of several leagues.

How do I create a contest?

If you click on “Create contest”, you will be taken to the so-called contest creator. Here you first select the sport for which you want to create a contest. At the beginning, contests for the sport of football are possible. More sports will be available soon.You then decide on a competition, such as the Bundesliga or English Premier League. The “Mix Leagues” option gives you the opportunity to combine games from the available leagues. In the next step you choose at least 9 games to create a contest. The maximum number of games for a contest is currently 30. Next, you determine the game mode. The modes currently available to choose from are“Tournament” and “Head to Head”. A tournament is a contest in which three or more players can take part, while in a head to head contest two players compete against each other. Finally, you have to select your contest details and finally confirm your selection.Complete!

When do contests start?

A contest starts as soon as the first game begins.

What are public and private contests?

If you wish, you can create public or private contests. If you choose the “public” option, this contest will be listed in the arena and is accessible to the entire STIPPZ community.A private contest will not be displayed in the arena. Only invited players can participate.

How does the "Confidence" game variant work?

With the “Confidence” variant, you first decide between victory, defeat or a draw and then award so-called“confidence points” for each tip, which you then receive if you get a correct tip. The sum of all points is decisive for your placement in the respective contest. Here you should proceed cleverly and always assign the highest number of confidence points to the games whose likely outcome you are most certain about! If things get tight, you can strategically adjust your decisions and remaining confidence points for the open matches in order to increase your lead at the last second or to overtake the other players! Note: Each score can only be awarded once. The higher the number of points awarded,the more points you get if you guess correctly.

How does the Risk Reward mode work?

In the "Risk Reward" game mode, you choose between five possible bets: Boost, Home Win, Draw, Away Win, and Safety. You earn points for each correct bet, with the points varying depending on your choice. Your total score determines your ranking in the contest.

You can strategically adjust your bets for remaining games to gain an advantage at the last moment whether by extending your lead or overtaking other players.

Picks can be changed up to 1 minute before the start of a game. Once a game has started, changes are no longer possible.

You can save your picks at any time and continue later.

Rules for Boost and Safety (Soccer)

Boost 🚀 can only be placed on the favorite in a matchup. The favorite must win by at least two goals.
Safety 🛡️ is exclusively available for the underdog. The underdog must win or secure a draw.

Rules for Boost and Safety (Basketball)

Boost 🚀 can only be placed on the favorite in a matchup. The favorite must win by a predetermined point difference (ranging from 2 to 12 points, depending on the matchup).
Safety 🛡️ is exclusively available for the underdog. The underdog must win or lose by no more than the predetermined point difference (ranging from 1 to 11 points, depending on the matchup).

What game modes are there?

Competition: These are contests in which three or more players take part.
Head to Head: In this mode, two players compete directly against each other.

Where can I find the contests?

In the arena you will find all public contests. Anyone can take part in these contests.

How do I take part in contests?

To take part in a contest, you go into the arena and select a contest card, submit your tips and then click “Participate”. And here we go! You can also take part in several contests at the same time. There is no limit to the number of contest entries. Participation in all contests is free!

Is the number of participants per contest limited?

The number of participants in a contest can vary between 2 (head to head) and several thousand participants. The maximum number of possible participants for a contest can be found in the contest details in the arena.

Can I take part in a contest multiple times?

No, multiple participation in contests is not possible!

Where can I see the contests I am taking part in?

Under the menu item “Kickoff” you will find all the contests in which you are taking part or which you have created yourself. As soon as a contest starts, it will be visible under the “Live” menu item.

Can I change my tips at any time?

Tips can be adjusted up to 1 minute before the start of a game. Once a game has started, changes are no longer possible.

Where can I find my score and ranking?

As soon as a contest starts, this contest card will be visible under “Live”. By clicking on the respective contest card you will get an insight into the current rankings in real time and further information. You will only receive this information for contests in which you participate.

Where can I find my finished contests?

As soon as all games in a contest are over, it can be found under the “Final whistle” menu item. Here you will find information about all completed contests including all important details such as placement and winnings.

This is the amount of money that is paid out to the players who made it into the winning zone.

How long does a football game last?

STIPPZ only takes into account the regular playing time (90 minutes)plus injury time, regardless of the competition. As soon as a game is whistled after 90 minutes plus any injury time, that game is over for the contest. Results after extra time or after a penalty shootout are not included in the scoring.

Do I have to bet for an entire season?

No, bets are made per match day. After every game day, new contests start and therefore new opportunities for you to win!

How long does a contest last?

Contests begin and end on the same game day. A match day begins with the kick-off of the first game and ends as soon as the last game is whistled.

Until when can I register for a contest?

You can take part up to 1 minute before the start of the first game of a contest.

Until when can I create a contest?

Games can be added to a contest up to 15 minutes before the start. The sooner you create a contest, the better. This gives other participants enough time to join your contest.

How many games must/may a contest contain?

To create a contest you must select at least 9 games. A contest can contain a maximum of 30 games.

What happens if the game is canceled or abandoned?

If the game is resumed within the match day, it will be counted. If this is not the case, the points for this game are forfeited.

Who am I playing against?

You play against all other players who are participating in the same contest as you.

Profit and Payout

What can I win?

At STIPPZ you can win non cash prizes and money. The amount of the prize depends on the game mode of the respective contest. The non cash prizes or winnings per placement are listed in the respective contest details under prizes or winzone.

How do I win?

At STIPPZ, you alone decide how many points you get per game. By cleverly analyzing the match day and strategically awarding your confidence points, you can influence your placement in the rankings to get into the winning zone. At the end of a contest,the points for your correct tips are added up. The players with the most points win. You can see which placements will receive a profit and how much in the contest details under “Profit zone”.

What happens if there is a tie?

If two or more participants achieve the same score in a non cash prize contest, the timestamp of their participation determines the winner. Preference is given to the participant who clicked "Join" first, with precision measured to the millisecond.

In contests with cash prizes, if two or more participants achieve the same score, the winnings will be equally distributed among the players.

How and when can I withdraw my winnings?

As soon as a contest is finished, your winnings will be credited to your STIPPZ account. You can have this winnings paid out at any time. Click on the wallet icon in the top right corner and then click Payout and follow the instructions. You can only have existing credit paid out in full at any time. Partial withdrawals are not possible. The payment is made via SEPA transfer to your personal checking account.

How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

As a rule, a SEPA transfer can take 1 to 5 working days. We will make the transfer immediately. If it does take longer, this is usually because holidays and weekends are not bank working days. Payments are not processed here. Every bank has a cut-off time for transfers. This is usually between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. If your payment request is received after this deadline, the order cannot be forwarded until the next banking day. It can happen that up to 5 days pass between the request for a withdrawal and the receipt of the money in your account.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, please click on the“sidebar” and then on the “pen”. Here you can change your password under the relevant point.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please send an email to with your username and email address support@stippz.com with the corresponding request to delete your player account.
